Mullet Services Website and Online Services Terms
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These Website and Online Services Terms (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Mullet Ventures Inc., doing business as Mullet Services ("Mullet," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of:
mulletservices.comand pages that link to these Terms;- public forms, downloads, guides, assessments, and other website resources;
- free discovery, review, or introductory sessions booked through the website; and
- Personal AI Coaching and other standard online services purchased through the website.
By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, booking a service, or purchasing an online service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website or service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase an online service. If you use the website or a service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
1. Custom business engagements are governed separately
These Terms do not govern a custom consulting, implementation, development, integration, managed-service, software, marketing, growth-system, beta, or enterprise engagement that is covered by a separate written agreement.
A custom business engagement is governed by the applicable master services agreement, business-to-business service terms, order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, security schedule, or other signed or expressly accepted agreement. If these Terms conflict with a customer agreement, the customer agreement controls for that engagement.
Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, or participating in an introductory discussion does not create a customer engagement or obligate either party to enter into one.
2. Website access and public resources
Subject to these Terms, Mullet grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website and public resources for your personal or internal business purposes.
Website content and free resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes. We may add, change, suspend, or remove website content, resources, features, or availability at any time.
Unless Mullet expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
- a guide, assessment, score, example, case study, checklist, or recommendation is not a promise that you will achieve a specific result;
- an introductory or discovery session is not a complete evaluation of your business, technology, security, legal obligations, or circumstances; and
- Mullet is not obligated to propose, build, or support a project after an inquiry or introductory session.
3. Personal AI Coaching
A. Service description
Personal AI Coaching consists of live, one-on-one guidance intended to help you use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude more effectively in your own work. Sessions may address prompting, writing, research, planning, analysis, workflow design, accuracy checks, privacy-aware use, and related practical skills.
Mullet may assign the coach identified on the website or another Mullet coach whose experience or availability is appropriate. One coach attends unless Mullet agrees otherwise.
The service purchased, session length, number of sessions, and price are shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.
B. Scheduling
For a single-session purchase, you select the initial session time during booking or checkout.
For a multi-session package, you generally select the first session during purchase and arrange the remaining sessions with Mullet afterward.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information and for joining the session at the scheduled time using the meeting information provided.
C. Cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling
You may cancel a scheduled coaching session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund of the applicable session. If no session in a multi-session package has occurred, a cancellation at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session qualifies for a full refund of the package.
You may request to reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes requested later than 2 hours before the session are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, late rescheduling requests, and no-shows may be nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by Mullet.
Completed sessions are nonrefundable. If a package has begun, any refund for unused sessions will be determined based on the circumstances, the price of services already delivered, and applicable law.
If Mullet must cancel a session, we will offer a reasonable opportunity to reschedule or refund the affected unused session.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. The timing of a refund may depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
D. Your responsibilities during coaching
You agree to:
- participate lawfully and respectfully;
- use examples and information you are authorized to share;
- follow your employer's, client's, or organization's policies;
- review AI-generated material before relying on or using it; and
- make your own decisions about whether and how to use any suggestion, workflow, prompt, or output.
Do not submit or display passwords, authentication secrets, Social Security numbers, protected health information, payment card data, export-controlled information, or other highly sensitive information during a session unless Mullet has expressly agreed in writing to an appropriate process.
You may not record a coaching session without the coach's prior consent. Mullet will not record a coaching session without notice and any consent required by law.
E. No guaranteed outcome
Coaching is educational and advisory. Results depend on factors outside Mullet's control, including the tools you use, the information you provide, your decisions, and your implementation. Mullet does not guarantee any particular improvement, output, revenue, savings, productivity gain, business result, or continued availability of a third-party AI service.
4. Fees, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize Mullet and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected service and any taxes or fees shown at checkout.
Payment processing is provided by a third party, such as Stripe, and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. Mullet does not ordinarily receive or store your full payment card number.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges, subscriptions, usage fees, and internet or device costs not expressly included in the purchased service.
Except as stated in these Terms, at checkout, or as required by law, purchases are nonrefundable.
5. Communications
By submitting a form, booking a meeting, or purchasing a service, you authorize Mullet to send communications reasonably related to your request, booking, purchase, service, account, or customer relationship. These may include confirmations, reminders, preparation materials, support messages, transaction notices, and follow-up communications.
Where permitted by law, Mullet may also send information about relevant services, resources, or events. You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting hello@mulletservices.com. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop necessary service or transaction communications.
6. AI tools, outputs, and human judgment
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate output. Output may also be similar to material generated for other users. You are responsible for evaluating, verifying, editing, and approving AI-assisted work before relying on it or using it in a consequential setting.
Mullet does not make decisions for you through the public website or Personal AI Coaching. You remain responsible for your business, employment, legal, financial, security, technical, health, and other decisions.
Do not enter confidential, personal, regulated, or third-party information into an AI service unless you have authority to do so and have evaluated the service's account type, settings, terms, retention, training, security, and privacy practices.
7. No professional advice
Website content, public resources, discovery discussions, and Personal AI Coaching are not legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, employment, compliance, or other licensed professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when your circumstances require professional advice. No attorney-client, doctor-patient, accountant-client, fiduciary, or similar privileged relationship is created through the website or an online service.
8. Third-party services
The website and online services may link to, rely on, or help you use third-party products and services, including AI providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, calendar services, video meeting platforms, cloud services, and external websites.
Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, settings, fees, and availability. Mullet does not control and is not responsible for a third party's independent conduct, content, security, retention, model-training practices, performance, or service changes.
References to a third-party product do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or responsibility unless Mullet expressly states otherwise.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, public resources, or online services to:
- violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person's rights;
- access data, accounts, systems, or content without authorization;
- submit malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, probe, scan, or test the website or related systems without written authorization;
- bypass access, rate, security, or technical controls;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- scrape, harvest, or collect information through automated means except as permitted by applicable law and Mullet's written authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or nonpublic methods, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
- infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially distribute Mullet's paid materials or services without written permission; or
- help another person engage in prohibited conduct.
Mullet may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The website, Mullet branding, content, graphics, videos, software, frameworks, guides, templates, prompts, training materials, and other materials provided by Mullet are owned by Mullet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless Mullet expressly states otherwise, you may use a downloaded public resource or coaching material only for your personal or internal business use. You may not remove proprietary notices, sell the material, publish it as your own, or use it to create a competing product or service.
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to Mullet. You grant Mullet a limited right to host, copy, process, and use that material as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide the service, secure and support the service, and comply with law.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Mullet Services, you grant Mullet a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.
11. Privacy
Mullet's collection and use of personal information for its own purposes is described in the Mullet Services Privacy Notice.
When Mullet processes data on behalf of a business customer under a custom engagement, the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms govern that processing.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, PUBLIC RESOURCES, FREE SESSIONS, AND ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS PROMISE STATED IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY LAW, MULLET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
MULLET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- WEBSITE CONTENT OR AI-ASSISTED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, UNIQUE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE;
- THE WEBSITE OR A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; OR
- A RESOURCE, DISCUSSION, OR SERVICE WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL RESULT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULLET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MULLET AND THE OTHER MULLET PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MULLET FOR THE ONLINE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR
- ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
The limitations in this Section do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Your jurisdiction may provide rights or remedies that cannot be waived by contract.
14. Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for your violation of these Terms and your unauthorized or unlawful use of the website, resources, or online services. To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Mullet for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your intentional unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of Section 9.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website or online services at any time, subject to any payment and cancellation obligations that already apply.
Mullet may suspend or terminate your access to the website or an online service if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, created a security risk, used the service unlawfully, failed to pay an amount due, or exposed Mullet or another person to potential harm or liability.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, responsibility for misuse, disputes, and general terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent the law where you live provides mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
Before filing a lawsuit, you and Mullet agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A notice to Mullet must be sent to hello@mulletservices.com and include your name, contact information, a description of the dispute, and the relief requested. The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt an informal resolution.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court and either party may seek temporary or equitable relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or system security.
17. Changes to these Terms
Mullet may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, practices, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms. The terms presented and accepted when you purchase an online service will continue to govern that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
18. General terms
These Terms and any checkout terms expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement between you and Mullet concerning the public website and online services covered by these Terms.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Mullet's consent. Mullet may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the relevant business.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Mullet. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
