Mullet Services Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Mullet Ventures Inc., doing business as Mullet Services ("Mullet," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with:

  • the Mullet Services website at mulletservices.com and pages that link to this Notice;
  • forms, downloads, assessments, discovery calls, and other public resources offered through the website;
  • Personal AI Coaching and other online services purchased through the website; and
  • our own sales, marketing, account administration, support, security, and business operations.

This Notice applies only to Mullet Services. It does not apply to a separately branded website or service unless that website or service expressly links to this Notice.

1. Scope and business-customer data

This Notice primarily describes personal information Mullet handles for its own business purposes.

When Mullet processes personal information on behalf of a business customer through a customer-authorized integration, workflow, implementation, or managed service, Mullet generally acts as a service provider or processor under the applicable customer agreement. The business customer determines the purposes and means of that processing and controls the systems, users, data, and workflows it authorizes. Individuals seeking to exercise rights concerning information controlled by a Mullet business customer should ordinarily contact that customer directly. Mullet will assist the customer as required by the applicable agreement and law.

Customer-controlled data is governed by the applicable customer agreement, order form, data processing addendum, and any related security schedule, not solely by this public Notice.

2. Personal information we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Mullet Services.

A. Contact and business information

We may collect:

  • name;

  • telephone number;
  • company or organization;
  • job title, role, or professional affiliation;
  • website or business profile information; and
  • other information you include in a form, message, or meeting request.

B. Requests, forms, and communications

When you request a guide, assessment, opportunity review, discovery call, consultation, or other resource, we may collect:

  • the resource or service requested;
  • your answers to intake questions;
  • your goals, challenges, score, priorities, or areas of interest;
  • messages, correspondence, meeting notes, support requests, and feedback; and
  • information you choose to provide about your business, systems, workflows, or use of AI.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, protected health information, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or confidential information that you are not authorized to share through a public website form.

C. Booking and coaching information

If you book a meeting or purchase Personal AI Coaching, we may collect:

  • the selected service or package;
  • booking date and time;
  • scheduling preferences;
  • coaching goals, experience level, and preparation information;
  • attendance and service-delivery records; and
  • follow-up notes and communications.

Video meeting, calendar, and scheduling providers may also process information under their own privacy terms.

When you make a purchase, our payment processor may collect payment card and billing information. Mullet generally receives transaction details such as:

  • purchaser and billing contact information;
  • purchased service;
  • amount, currency, and payment status;
  • transaction identifiers; and
  • limited payment-method information, such as card brand and last four digits.

Mullet does not ordinarily receive or store your full payment card number.

When you use the website, Mullet and its website, hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically process information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device type;
  • operating system;
  • pages viewed and links selected;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • dates, times, and duration of visits;
  • cookie, device, or similar identifiers; and
  • diagnostic, error, security, and performance information.

The specific information available to Mullet depends on the technologies deployed on the website and the settings of the relevant provider.

F. Account and service-use information

G. Information from other sources

We may receive business contact information from:

  • your employer or organization;
  • a colleague, referral source, or business partner;
  • public professional or company sources;
  • event organizers; and
  • service providers that help us operate, secure, market, or support Mullet Services.

H. Information we derive

We may derive limited information from the information described above, such as:

  • likely service interests;
  • whether a request appears to relate to an existing customer or prospect;
  • engagement with a resource or communication; and
  • information used to route a request to the appropriate person or service.

3. How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and Mullet Services;
  • provide requested guides, assessments, reviews, meetings, coaching, and other services;
  • process purchases, payments, refunds, and transaction records;

  • respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • establish, administer, and secure accounts and authorized access;
  • prepare proposals, scope potential engagements, and manage customer relationships;
  • send information about Mullet Services, events, resources, and offers, subject to applicable law and your communication choices;
  • understand website and communication performance;
  • diagnose technical issues and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • enforce our agreements and protect Mullet, our customers, users, and others;
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
  • evaluate or complete a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or other business transaction.

Mullet may use AI-assisted tools to support internal research, organization, drafting, analysis, support, and service delivery. We apply human judgment and appropriate controls based on the use case. Customer Data processed on behalf of a business customer is used only as permitted by the applicable customer agreement and is not used to train a Mullet-owned general-purpose AI model.

4. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Notice.

A. Service providers

We use service providers to help with functions such as:

  • website hosting and content delivery;
  • cloud infrastructure and security;
  • identity and authentication;
  • scheduling, calendar, and video meetings;
  • payment processing;
  • email delivery, communications, and customer relationship management;
  • AI, productivity, and document-processing tools used to support Mullet operations and service delivery;
  • analytics and website performance;
  • support, error monitoring, and troubleshooting; and
  • document, accounting, and business administration.

These providers may process personal information only for the services they provide to Mullet, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

B. Customer-authorized and user-selected services

If you or your organization asks Mullet to connect, use, or interact with a third-party service, information may be disclosed to that service as necessary to carry out the request. The third party's terms and privacy practices apply to its independent processing.

C. Professional advisers

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary for their services.

D. Legal, security, and rights protection

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
  • investigate or prevent fraud, misuse, or security threats;
  • enforce an agreement or protect legal rights; or
  • protect the safety, rights, and property of Mullet, our customers, users, or others.

E. Business transactions

We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where applicable.

F. With your direction or consent

We may disclose information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

5. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Mullet does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Mullet does not use personal information processed from a business customer's systems on that customer's behalf for cross-context behavioral advertising or to create an identifiable profile for another customer.

Some state privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain disclosures of cookie, device, or online activity information to analytics or advertising providers. If Mullet uses technology that is treated this way under a law applicable to Mullet, you may exercise any available opt-out right as described in Sections 6 and 10.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Mullet and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • operate essential website functions;
  • remember preferences;
  • secure the website and forms;
  • understand site usage and performance; and
  • measure communications or campaigns.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

Where the website provides a Cookie Preferences control, you can use it to manage available choices. Where required by applicable law, Mullet will also treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for all Do Not Track signals, our response may differ from our response to an opt-out signal that applicable law specifically requires us to honor.

7. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at hello@mulletservices.com.

Even after you opt out of promotional messages, we may send non-promotional communications, such as booking confirmations, transaction notices, service updates, security messages, and responses to your requests.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, secure our systems, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary based on factors such as:

  • the nature and sensitivity of the information;
  • the service or relationship involved;
  • whether an account or customer relationship remains active;
  • legal, accounting, tax, insurance, and contractual requirements;
  • security and fraud-prevention needs; and
  • whether the information is subject to a legal hold or active dispute.

Customer Data processed on behalf of a business customer is retained and deleted in accordance with the applicable customer agreement and documented retention schedule.

9. Security

Mullet uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting any account credentials under your control and for using appropriate care when deciding what information to submit through a website, meeting, AI service, or third-party platform.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to Mullet or the relevant processing, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • access or obtain a copy of personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • obtain portable data where required;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a request, email hello@mulletservices.com with the subject line Privacy Request and describe the right you wish to exercise. If you are asking about information controlled by a Mullet business customer, identify the customer so we can route or address the request appropriately.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of the agent's authority and may verify your identity directly. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, and we will explain any available appeal process where required.

Mullet will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
